13. Red RocksConsidering the brain as our largest sex organ opens up many new frontiers. Since the mind both represses and frees sexuality, the key to unlocking passion is skill in talking about sex. Sexual issues are probably the most difficult area to talk about openly. Learning about sexuality and communicating about this vulnerable area is a long-term process.

Cunning (def., resourceful, creative, clever, artful) linguists become more and more comfortable discussing sexual feelings, needs, desires and difficulties. They are also great listeners when their partner shares sexual thoughts and feelings. Honest sex talk occurs when people feel safe in expressing themselves. This requires speaking and listening with the heart informing the brain.

Think about some of the beliefs and fears that get in the way of talking about certain sexual thoughts and feelings. Writing about those beliefs and fears may be an important first step in becoming more comfortable with sex talk.

CreationThere’s an era of collaboration and support sweeping our energy fields allowing old energies to escape. New waves of fresh frequencies surge in safely, requiring us to make things we feel become real by our own moral compass.

It’s time to stop pushing on things. If you find resistance in something you want then you wait. When you push and it resists, stop. Wait. Come back to it and push again. Keep pushing gently until it opens freely on its own. When it does, you will know you are creating it with your energy signature.

Determinism becomes the driving dynamic. Tending to our energetic bodies, taking care of our energy field is part of everyday life and is, our source of free will. Movement, vibration, affirmation, intention gives instruction to the cells for the energy to shift. This is your very own creation department. This is safekeeping for your soul.

Pronouncing I AM before requests sends spirit’s signal to our cells, giving instruction for the energy to shift and follow our heart’s requests. Then you create intentionally, exactly as you see it in alignment with things that will create the light in all things. Time capsules open and things come together in a perfect way if you say so. Learn to know what you want. Say it clearly. Speak it to your heart and soul. Trust the universe is listening. Have faith you will deliver everything you ask for.

What will you create?

8. Conflict As RodUpsetting differences occur in all relationships. Whenever such upsets occur, an openhearted discussion produces an entirely different interaction from when there is an intention to be right and convince others to see things our way.

Differences then become opportunities to learn more about each other and become more emotionally intimate. This is especially true when our paramount intent is to explore and develop a deeper connection to our authentic self, our heart, by learning about why we believe as we do.

Think about the profound learning and changes that can occur from explorations such as:

  • If I’m sure that my way is the right way, what makes me so sure, and what happens when I try to convince other’s that I’m right?
  • Where did this belief come from and what is the fear of finding out that my belief may be right for me but not universally true?
  • What is my fear of discovering that I might be better served if I changed my belief?

Think about a recent argument you’ve had and what might have had happened if one of you had been open to learning.

7. Sacredness C

Thomas Merton, Trappist monk and social activist, wrote in Conjectures of a Guilty Bystander, “Then it was as if I suddenly saw the secret beauty of their hearts, the person that each one is in God’s eyes. If only they could all see themselves as they really are. If only we could see each other that way all the time. There would be no more war, no more hatred, no more cruelty, no more greed.”

Compassion illuminates the sacred within us. When compassion informs our behavior, love and caring flow naturally and it is impossible to run roughshod over the sacred that lies within everything. At those times:

  • Touch cannot be inappropriately sexual or harmful;
  • Productivity cannot mistreat others or the environment;
  • Feelings and behaviors cannot be criticized or repressed;
  • Play cannot be a win-lose contest; and
  • Learning cannot be blocked.

What would it mean for you to know the depth of beauty in your heart and in the essence of every other person?

Think of times such as in those above when the sacredness of yourself and others was present, and other times when that truth was forgotten.

Who Are We?Open hearts open minds to our inherent curiosity and the Quintessential Intelligence within us. Innocence, softness and acceptance accompany the openness of living in a mystery. It is a safe space for all thoughts, feelings, and actions. Differences are welcomed and honored. Questions and problems are embraced as opportunities rather than treated as burdens.

In interpersonal conflicts, being open to learning is typically thought of merely as wanting to learn about the other person. Such an interaction provides important information and allows another person to feel heard and understood. But if that’s all we learn, we miss what’s crucial for furthering our journey to live in our heart more of the time – learning about our part of the difficulty.

In the face of difficulties, what keeps you from being more in that place of openness and learning?

swanThe heart is not only the universal symbol for love, it also represents our essence, our authentic self. Whole-heartedness pierces the veil of our separateness and allows satisfying connections to others and to the mystery that is beyond humanness.

Quintessential Intelligence (QI) expressed through the heart leads to the two things that create true fulfillment:

  • Treating others and ourselves respectfully
  • Making a positive difference in the lives of others.

What do you like about thinking of your heart as your essence/authentic self and Quintessential Intelligence as your way to finding fulfillment? (For a definition of QI click here.)

When heart-connected we are fully present and in harmony with the moment. Liberated from anxiety, we are centered, in perfect balance and in the flow. It was from skiing that I began learning about living in the flow.

The first time I experienced the high of skiing in the flow, I knew I wanted more. Skiing off-center happened when fear tightened my body. At those times, my skiing certainly wasn’t awful or wrong. It just meant working harder to keep from falling and not skiing as gracefully and joyfully. My skiing goal became learning how to spend more time in that awesome state of flow, and when I lost it, how to get it back.

It wasn’t much of a stretch to transfer my skiing awareness to my life. Remembering times when I experienced the power and bliss of being heart-connected and in the flow, such as walking amongst the towering redwoods, playing with my dog, and making love, felt great.

Realizing how much time I spent disconnected from my heart and off center, especially when confronting upsetting situations, was a sobering shock. Thus began my commitment to living more in the flow of a beautiful melody that I think of as “A Rhapsody in QI.”

Remember times when you were in the flow and what it felt like. What do you think keeps you from living more of the time in harmony with that blissful state?

phoenix_rising 2I’ve been burning major patterns away. Not just little adjustments that happen along the way, day by day, but deep intense raging realities. All so I can drop the pretense, the cravings, the resistance and learn to accept that… I create it all.

This is a crucial life lesson…only from here does the phoenix fly again. A few years ago I decided to fix my health and heal my body. I had no idea that in doing something so good for myself, I would also deconstruct everything else right down to the core. Everything fell out in the fire: my success, career, former self, finances, my business, relationships, family, and my pride.

I’ve learned a lot about our human patterns and the Quintessential Intelligence that exists in our cells. I’ve learned about abundance and what it takes to sustain it. I’ve learned how to love sincerely and I’m learning how to live with things just as they are. I’ve learned that everyone can heal but not everyone is willing.

Everything is energy. It’s physics and photonics. All of it without exception. So, to really heal, I must really feel. Living through my senses, my pain, my awareness, my joy, my deep human heart… this is the stuff of life.

Breathe in. Breathe out. Real. Simple. Alive. Full. Stop.

I’ve got to keep moving. Coupled with the application of energy, the right use of will and a dose of the practical, this is the new knowledge and science of life. This is where creative health stems from. It’s our station vibration.

I love this earth and I love this one precious life I have. And, I’m living it as blonde as I can be, as sexy as my body will hold up, as intelligent as the world lets me be, and as accepting as the rest will allow.

Let’s be in touch and work together. And not forget to pray and play. I’ve been waiting for this time forever and I’m finally here for me and for you.

Loves and smiles, Cherie
